Company and Contact Information Rebit Inc. is a California Corporation. It's mission is to foster relationship health through publications, teaching, retreats, workshops, consulting, counseling and coaching.
The most reliable, efficient way to contact us is with our online Contact Form.
When you are viewing a page dedicated to a Specific Product in our Online Store: 1. Click on the Order Now button on the right-hand side and upper part of the page. 2. You can also click on the text Order this now link near the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the Shopping Cart page. When you are on Your Shopping Cart page: 1. Check the box to the right of the price for any item you wish to order. (If you are interested in ordering multiple copies of an item, contact us and we will assist you to do this in a single order.) 2. When you are done, hit the Place Your Order Now button. This will then take you to our secure transaction servers, which allow you to enter your name, credit card and shipping information with complete online security. You may use Visa or MasterCard to make your purchase. If you are looking at a Coaching by Phone page: 1. Click on the Get Coaching button which is somewhere on that page. 2. Fill in the information and pick at least three possible times for an Appointment. Then click on the Submit Your Information button. This will notify us about your desire for a session. We will then get back to you by email to let you know which time works for your session, and we will also discuss payment options. We request that you prepay for your phone sessions. We ship via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service. We do this in order to give you the best possible price on shipping and handling charges. All shipments are placed securely in extra strong boxes. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and arrive within 3-5 business days thereafter to addresses within the U.S.
International Orders If you live outside the US and want to order a publication to be shipped to you, please read the following carefully. We infrequently ship printed books to destinations outside the US. It requires us to go to extra steps at the Post Office, such as filling out customs forms, getting in line, and having special shipping materials. We do this because we do want to make our publications available to anyone anywhere who wants them. However, recent changes in costs of shipping force us to make what will seem like a very unfair purchase policy. Here's the main issue for you to consider. There is a small chance that your order could be lost in the mail. The only way we currently ship is using the US Postal Service, which hands off the package to your own postal system to deliver to you. Also, there's a step whereby the package needs to clear your Customs. We are offered no way of either tracking or insuring an international order through our Postal System. In ten years we have had only two packages lost. But since we are a small business and not a big company, we cannot afford to carry the risk if your package gets lost in the mail or in your Customs clearance process. We especially cannot afford to take that risk in view of steep increases in US Postal shipping costs. So, in the unlikely case that your shipment is lost, we cannot refund your money. We ask you to agree to these conditions before you can place the order with us. Given these unusually stringent policies, do consider that you can get any of our publications as a less expensive download to your computer.
Computer Downloads and e-Books:
Printed Publications and Music CD's: Unfortunately we are not set up to take returns on physical products we ship to you. So for printed books, card sets and music CD's we must consider all sales final. We have put our publications online for you to freely play with or read, so that you can "try before you buy." We are sorry if you feel the desire to return your product purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a defect or damage to your product, either from shipping or manufacturing, we will gladly replace it. Just send the product back to the return address on the package or invoice. When we get it, we'll automatically send you a new replacement. Once in a great while, a single card might be missing from one of our decks, due to the manufacturing process. Instead of sending the whole product back, just Contact Us and we will send you any cards you may be missing.
Schedule, Cancel or Reschedule a Phone Session To schedule a retreat, use our Contact
Form to initiate contact with us. We believe in an informed customer. So we have provided a personal, direct
way for you to preview our approach to relationship coaching by offering
you our materials and philosophy here online. We hope you have found our
materials useful, and that they have inspired your interest in a phone
session with us.
To schedule a retreat, use our Contact Form to initiate contact with us. We will get back to you as soon as possible by phone or email, usually within 3 days. We will first answer any questions you have and discuss with you whether our retreat is appropriate for you. If a retreat does fit your situation, goals and needs, then we will determine a date that is available which matches your schedule for doing a retreat. In order to secure the date we agree upon for your retreat, we require a non-refundable deposit. The payment can be made by check if you can mail the check and have it reach us by at least 2 weeks before the retreat date. If you want to mail us a money order or cashier's check, it needs to reach us by at least 2 business days before the retreat date. The final payment for a Private Couples Retreat can be made by check or credit card and is due at the start of the retreat. Cancellations or Rescheduling of Retreats We ask you not to make a payment to secure a retreat unless you are certain you will follow through and attend that retreat. If you have any doubts or concerns about this, please discuss these with us before you make a payment. When you secure a date for a retreat by making a payment, this means we subsequently cannot serve other couples who approach us to do a retreat on the days you have reserved. Given the limited number of dates we offer retreats, and the time-sensitive scheduling needs couples often have, this usually means we lose the business from the couples we turn away after you have reserved a particular date. Therefore, your deposit is not refundable, if you later decide to cancel or reschedule a retreat. However, the following considerations may be given if you need to reschedule a retreat, and you give us sufficent advance notice. In fact, we would like to be able to fully credit your deposit toward a rescheduled retreat. Our ability to do this entirely depends on whether we are successful in finding another couple to take your place on the dates you originally scheduled. Otherwise we are in the position of having lost business, as noted above, and — unless special circumstances apply as a result of a discussion with us — you will forfeit your deposit on the original dates.
Ordering by Check or Money Order You can order any of our products or services using a check or money order, mailed to us. You will have this option on our payment page, where it says "Pay by Check". There will naturally be a time delay for us to get the check or money order and cash it before we can send you the item or provide the service.
